Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but we realise on occasion you may want to return or exchange items.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please ensure us you contact us within 7 days of the date of purchase with the reason of your dis-satisfaction and whether you would like a refund or replacement to be processed. All returns must be returned in their original packaging together with all accessories accompanied with your receipt. You must ship your item prepaid within 14 days of receipt. Items returned to us that do not arrive, or arrive damaged, will not be credited.
We do not accept returns of items under the value of £5.00 unless they are faulty/damaged.
We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. Please obtain a proof of postage which is available free of charge from the Post Office and retain for your records until the refund of your return has been processed.
Delivery/Shipping charges are non refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the return.
Footwear: footwear can be returned using the returns policy stated above. Size exchanges will be done free of any further postage charges if the shoes are returned back to us within 7 days of receipt. Any shoes returned for an exchange after 7 days may attract further delivery charges. We will contact you requesting payment accordingly.
Jewellery/Earrings: Please ensure you order the correct ring size as we cannot give refunds for incorrect ring sizes. In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Lingerie/Underwear - Please ensure you order the correct size as we are unable to refund monies in respect of lingerie and underwear. We only issue refunds if items are faulty on arrival and you follow the standard returns policy stated above.
